I drove an hour away from my home where we do have a local dealer,but the selection at home was only three cars.I did get exactly the same car I would have purchased in Rockford and I feel comfortable with buying it from Gary Lang and I feel I got a reasonable deal.Steve our salesman was good to work with.I did have an upgrade which was not available the day I purchased which I knew and thought I would have it the same week,but when they sceduled my appointment it will be the following week because they don't have the part ,satellite radio module,in stock.I'm not sure,maybe they don't have overnight delivery to their dealership.

We are currently on our third Subaru wouldn't buy anything else. I do believe the forester saved my life just a few months ago when I hit black ice and spun out, any other vehicle would have rolled but Foresters rock! So anyways back to our experience really wanted the Tribeca just knowing could squeeze a couple more people in but that was the thing squeeze for that price and the front dash just isn't that appealing. Free food to tide the husband and kid over while paperwork completed. Joe worked with us to get the deal done. Subaru is so worth the money. Hope to love the outback as much as my last two foresters. Thanks to all for the great buying experience. Hope the follow-up service experience is the same. This will be the first time our salesperson doesn't leave the facility after we buy and then we never had follow through our anybody to trust with our concerns.

The car-buying experience was overall pretty good at Gary Lang. I had a helpful salesman and the customer service manager was very pleasant. But I do have some strong negatives that will not allow me to put 5 stars on your review. The main one was that I never received a call back from the salesman or dealership to see how my new car (large investment) was doing. I have always received a call-back from dealerships to say thank you and ensure everything was going well with the vehicle. I did not receive a call from the representatives at Gary Lang. That is unfortunate, due to not receiving a business card from the salesman (so I don't know his name) to refer another friend who is in the market for a new Subaru. Who does he call? Does the dealership care about the customer? These are all questions I now face when referring friends to Gary Lang. Thank you for the wonderful vehicle and customer service while there.

I love the fact that there is a seperate area for the little kids to play and watch tv and a seperate place for busy adults to work, it was very helpful when my girls were smaller.

I'll be honest, I had absolutely no intention of buying a Chevy. After one very long day of searching, I found myself at Gary Lang, initially scoping out the Kia Soul. Granted, I wish I had spent just a little less, I'm still pleased with my purchase every time I climb in it!
