McHenry, Illinois... Gary Lang Subaru is the official automotive sponsor of the Norge Ski Club, that trains at the Norge Ski Jump in Fox River Grove, Illinois.

The Norge Ski Club is one of the oldest, continuously open ski jumping club in the United States.  The Club was founded in 1905 by a group of Norwegians.  Over the years, men and women have joined the club to experience the thrills and enjoyments of ski jumping.

Norge holds several tournaments each year.   The US National Ski Jumping Championship will be held October 1-2, 2011 and the ski club's annual tournament will be held January 2012.

Operation Care Package is an Illinois organization that gathers supplies and letters to send to our troops overseas.  This Christmas (December, 2010), they sent out over 11,000 care packages to the troops.  Now through October, they will send out approximately 150 packages per week.

"Gary Lang Auto Group wanted to help support our trips by donating funds to this worthwhile organization," stated Dixie Gilmore, Vice President/General Manager, "Our donation amount was based on every new General Motors vehicle sold the week before Christmas."

Anyone can submit their video of themselves singing the jingle on the Gary Lang Auto Group Facebook page.

Contestants need to have or sign up for a Facebook page and "like" Gary Lang Auto Group to upload their video to the "video" tab.  If chosen, singers will need to sign a photo release and will receive a DVD of the commercial they're in for compensation.  All decisions by Gary Lang Auto Group are final.

Gary Lang Auto Chevy, Buick and GMC announced they no longer participate in General Motor's association advertising groups.  Because of this, their factory invoice price is less, so consumers could get a better deal.  Their factory invoice does not include the association advertising fees.
